Karen Celen leads a workshop for UCLL students (business & office management) about the importance of soft skills, why you should develop them and how to take ownership over their future career.

All students will take the Thalento® Personality & Motivation Questionnaire to acquire insights into their behaviour, personality and motivation via The Future Project. We also learn the students to interpret the results and how this will help to be successful in the future.
