Personality and Motivation - Science

Our Personality & Motivation Questionnaires are developed on the Thalento® Professional Behaviour Model and are all composed out of 30 dimensions. These 30 dimensions describe the typical and predictable functioning within a  professional  setting.

The Thalento® Professional Behaviour Model combines the Five Factor Model for personality and the Murray Motivational Model with respect to situational preferences and needs.

Our Personality and Motivation questionnaires are available in: Flemish, Dutch, French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Russian, Czech and Slovak, Polish, Turkish, Romanian and Hindi.

General Questionnaire
(TH-PQ)

The general Personality & Motivation Questionnaire (TH-PQ) measures the 30 personality and motivational traits that define professional behaviour, motivation and as a result predict performance. The TH-PQ uses on average 10 statements per trait.

Condensed Questionnaire
(TH-CPQ)

The Thalento® Condensed Performance Questionnaire (TH-CPQ) is based on the TH-PQ, however only uses on average 6 statements per trait. It equally measures the 30 personality and motivational traits that define professional behaviour, motivation and predict performance.

Blue Collar Questionnaire
(TH-BCPQ)

The Thalento® Blue Collar Performance Questionnaire (TH-BCPQ) is based on the TH-CPQ and uses an adapted language level tailored to a specific audience. The TH-BCPQ inventorises 30 behavioural criteria and characteristics, that define the professional behaviour and performance.
