Our Career Transition Solution (CATS) was developed in the autumn of 2019. In close cooperation between Thalento®, Ascento and Proximus; Belgium’s leading mobile operator, we designed a solution to facilitate the transition of a large group of people.

CATS provides a full circle insight to both the Employee and the HR Professional and facilitates the career reorientation process. The result is a unique combination of an Individual Competency Rater and a Personality & Motivation Assessment. All this information is combined in a graphic report, complete with details and development recommendations. Focused reports for all stakeholders allows them to focus on the strengths and critical areas. By completing CATS with detailed Development Advice, we made it the most complete Career Mobility Solution.
