The BIG-5 report provides a general overview into behaviour and personality. The 5 basic personality dimensions, as defined on the Big Five personality traits with the individual differences described. The BIG-5 enables you to understand behaviour in relation to specific functional and environmental expectations. The BIG-5 is based on the Big Five personality theory which has been extensively scientifically validated.
