Understand your Competencies

 

Understanding, is the first step in development or a change process. People often have a different perspective of their own capabilities. This different view often leads to misunderstanding, complicates reviews and blocks the need for change or development.

Implementing an I-Rater brings an objective measurement to the conversation. The I-Rater Report is a unique insight into the participant's perspective. In combination with an assessment it offers a validated comparison between the individual’s perception and reality, as perceived by others.

The I-Rater is a self-rating questionnaire. It allows the individual to rate a selection of behavioural competencies. These can be selected out of the 52 competencies from our CUBES Competency Framework.
