This partnership will enable customers using the Talentfinder tool to benefit from the Thalento® e-Assessments integrated into their tool. The company Thalento® will, in return, have the opportunity to further expand its presence on the market of e-Assessments and its reputation in Belgium.
Talentfinder (www.talentfinder.be) is a professional web-based & easy-to-use recruitment tool, developed by recruiters, for recruiters who prefer to manage recruitment internally. The tool is simple and quick to use, automates repetitive tasks to a maximum, allows the optimization of each step of the recruitment process and tends to limit and rationalize to a maximum the costs of recruiting.
Thalento® (www.thalento.com) is a leading provider of Cloud based e-Assessment & Talent Management solutions. The products and solutions provide answers to a wide range of HR challenges, going from selection, succession planning, competency management, personnel development plans to benchmark analysis and 360° surveys.
Two companies, two stories, but a similar past and an excellent knowledge of the area: it did not need more for this partnership to become obvious. The joint offering will allow both parties to meet the needs of companies of all types and sizes in Talent Management : acquisition, selection, recruitment and internal mobility.
Jointly, Talentfinder and Thalento® have dozens of customers in Belgium and abroad, and aim to continue this development. The integration will be operational as from 9th of December 2013 , and all our customers will benefit from it.
