HR Excellence Awards

This nomination is the result of a 100% objective and independent satisfaction survey realized from 25 April to 16 May 2014 towards 1.350 HR decision-makers and 950 CEOs and C-suite members from Belgium’s representative employer organizations. The HR Excellence Awards are widely recognized and valued by the HR community for their complete objectivity and neutrality.

Thalento® has submitted a customer case that represents our expertise and quality of service in People Assessment & Testing. This case will now be validated, analyzed and compared in detail with other cases by the jury of the HR Excellence Awards (www.hrexcellenceawards.be), made of renowned HR decision-makers from significant corporations.

The jury will vote for each category based on content, tangible outcomes for the client and deliverables versus objectives. In parallel, the list of nominees is made public and the whole HR community is asked to express its own vote upon personal experience with -or reputation of- the nominated suppliers.
