Introduction: from 2010 to 2020

This year should have been a celebration year. However, nothing could be further from the truth. The 10th anniversary of Thalento® in October 2020 should, despite the ongoing pandemic, not pass without celebration.

Over the past months we have prepared Thalento® for the future. If you want to know how we did it, make sure you check out our previous blog.

In 2010 we started as a provider of Tests; from Personality to Cognitive Assessments, in 2021 we will evolve into a People Network. Our Thalento® Cloud will have a place for everybody. All stakeholders in your organisation will have their own dedicated space in the Thalento® People Network.

Last week we added another important milestone on our journey towards the People Network, with the biggest update in our 10 year existence; the new INVITE process.

The 2020 timeline: phase 1 , 2 and 3

The new INVITE process enables our clients to process assessments FASTER, EASIER and BETTER than ever before. The INVITE process is 30% more efficient.

Next up is our CREDIT System. This revolutionary change will enable us to create any type or combination of assessments tailored to your needs. Together with the INVITE it will transform the way assessments are being used. We call it the “Tailormade Standard”.
