Updated Technical Manuals
Over the past weeks we have launched a series of Thalento® Cloud R&D updates.
Not only did we update our existing norm groups and recalibrate the validity & reliability of various solutions, we also added several new norm groups.
It is extremely important to be transparent and to inform our customers about the academic evidence of our assessments, we compile this information in our Technical Manuals and today we introduce the new versions.
Technical Manuals provide a detailed and documented insight in all aspects of an assessment, completed with their methodological relevance. They detail:
The theoretical background: What does the assessment measure, which versions are available and what’s the theoretical relevance
The test construction: How is the test composed, how are the items composed
The use of the test: In which environment/setting should the test be done
The study of standards and norm groups: Detail on the STen scores, which norm groups are available, composition of norm groups
The reliability of the assessment: What’s the accuracy and precision of the measurement
The validity of the assessment: Does it measure what it intends to measure
We have released upgraded Technical Manuals for the following assessments:
Personality & Motivation Assessments (TH-PQ)
Cognitive Tests
SCOPE-Test (Abstract Reasoning)
S-Test (Numerical Reasoning)
A-Test (Verbal Reasoning)
