To reward our loyal customers we have put a fantastic gift under the Christmas tree: Next year, the Thalento® Cloud will settle your credits in a more favourable way.
A PRO or BIZZ-Credit will not be deducted when you invite a participant for an assessment, but will only be deducted if the participant actually starts the assessment.
What benefit does this give you?
Does a candidate drop out? No worries, if the assessment hasn’t started you don’t lose any credit. Simply use this credit for the next candidate who has the right motivation to choose your organisation.
From Monday the 3rd of January onwards, this new way of counting and settling credits will come into effect. We hope you enjoy this gift and can use it to strengthen your talent pool in 2022.

Om onze trouwe klanten te belonen hebben we een fantastisch cadeau onder de kerstboom klaargelegd. Volgend jaar zal onze Thalento® Cloud jullie credits op een gunstigere manier verrekenen.
Een PRO- of BIZZ-Credit wordt niet meer in mindering gebracht wanneer je een deelnemer uitnodigt voor een assessment, maar wordt enkel in mindering gebracht als deze deelnemer ook effectief het assessment start.
Welk voordeel levert dit voor jou op?
Haakt een kandidaat af? Geen zorgen, indien het assessment niet gestart is, verlies je geen credit. Zet dit credit eenvoudig in voor een volgende kandidaat, die wél over de juiste motivatie beschikt om voor jouw organisatie te kiezen.
Vanaf maandag 3 januari gaat deze nieuwe manier van credits tellen en verrekenen in werking. We hopen jou hiermee een groot plezier te doen zodat je in 2022 je talentpool weer kan aansterken.
