Thomas More is rolling out The Future Project for 60 2nd year students of Applied Psychology.

Following the lead of both Hogeschool PXL and UC Leuven-Limburg, long term partners of Thalento®, they will also implement The Future Project to offer young professionals the opportunity to discover themselves and their talents, to learn more about their behaviour, personality and motivation with an eye on their future career.

Thomas More will also integrate our assessment technology for future assignments, such as, composing different project teams. Based on the Thalento® results, the students will be matched to various groups, with the aim to work together as efficiently as possible.

As a result, teams are composed in a validated more optimal way and less in the traditional familiar way. This leads to new experiences, students dealing with others with different opinions and challenges the status quo. Students have the opportunity to experience assessments in preparation of their career.

The Future Project is available FREE for all young adults between 18 and 25 years old. Thalento® offers them the possibility to acquire a better understanding of their personality, abilities and potential. Our view is “discover yourself and build your future”.
