Interesting fact: We are often asked about the reliability of our assessments. Did you know that you also have an influence on this? The predictive validity* of a test is in fact partly dependent on the job description. A test has little or no predictive value if the job does not require these skills. You have to match both to each other, just like you have to match a candidate to the job description.
