The CUBES Competency Framework consists of following components:

1️⃣  CUBES Competency Model:
Validated model with 6 Competency Clusters, containing 52 Competencies. Each competency is described in detail in 5 levels and gives a specific professional functioning.

2️⃣  Profile Builder:
Possibility to create and save custom made competency profiles. Add an expectation level (requirements) for an easy, visual match

3️⃣  Assessments:
Our Suite of Personality & Motivation Assessments, Cognitive & Ability Tests are the basis for the validated CUBES Reports.

4️⃣  I-Rater:
A self-assessment survey to measure those competencies that cannot be assess with our Thalento® Assessments; 14 of the 52 Competencies. Scores are available in the Competency Report.

5️⃣  CUBES Report:
This report provides objective, detailed and validated decision information about the level of performance and professional behaviour of people.

6️⃣  Development Recommendations:
Development Recommendations are available for each of the 5 levels. This gives people the opportunity to further develop their competencies on their own.
