In-Company User Group Meeting with the team of FYGI - Happy Recruiters.

This User Group will improve their knowledge in all Thalento® Reports. The team of FYGI will prepare 2 Thalento® profiles before the meeting. They will interpret & discuss those reports together with our trainer Hilde Lemmens during the User Group.

An extensive knowledge of all 30 Personality & Motivation indicators, management & sales competencies, underlying relationships between indicators and clusters are required to perform such detailed analysis and interpretation of a Thalento® profile.
