The Thalento® Training Programs are divided in two different levels:

  • INSIGHT Trainings provide a solid basis for the understanding and interpretation of a certain Thalento® Solution, Product or Report.

  • XPERT Trainings make you become an Expert with deeper knowledge in a certain Thalento® Solution, Product or Report.

PERFORM

 
 

INSIGHT (1 day)

Required: Open to all Thalento® users.

Objective: Acquire a solid understanding of the Thalento® PERFORM Report. This Training explains how the model is built. It takes you through the 4 Performance Clusters and gets you equipped to interpret all 30 Personality and Motivation indicators.

Format: Open Class, In-Company, Online

XPERT (1 day)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT PERFORM Training.

Objective: Become an Expert in the analysis and interpretation of the PERFORM Report. Master the combination between indicators across clusters and interpret the PERFORM Report in detail. Understand the relationships between the different indicators.

MANAGE

 
 

INSIGHT (1 day)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT PERFORM Training.

Objective: Acquire insight into the understanding and interpretation of the Thalento® MANAGE Report. This Training explores the Management Competency Profile (5 Key Management Roles with 15 Management Competencies), the Personality Characteristics (5 most used Personality Dimensions - based on Big Five) and the Motivation & Needs (3 Clusters with 9 Motivation & Needs factors).

Format: Open Class, In-Company, Online

XPERT (1 day)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT MANAGE Training.

Objective: Become an Expert in the understanding and analysis of the MANAGE Report. Get insight into the building blocks of the MANAGE Competencies and the underlying PERFORM indicators. Acquire expertise in the interpretation of the MANAGE Report in detail and master the skills to provide feedback based on this MANAGE.

SALES

 
 

INSIGHT (1 day)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT PERFORM Training.

Objective: Enhance the understanding and interpretation of the Thalento® SALES Report. This Training provides insight into the Sales Cycle Activities (7 strengths & development areas), the Sales Drivers & Needs which determine Sales Performance and the Sales Abilities (Competency fit for sales functions in 3 domains - capacities & attitudes).

Format: Open Class, In-Company, Online

XPERT (1 day)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT SALES Training.

Objective: Become an Expert in the analysis of the SALES Report. Become a master in the interpretation of the SALES Report in detail and acquire the knowledge on how to give feedback on the SALES. Make the underlying connections between the PERFORM and SALES Report in detail.

RETAIL

 
 

GENERAL (1 day)

Required: Open to all Thalento® users.

Objective: Provide a solid basis for the analysis and interpretation of the RETAIL Report. The Thalento® RETAIL Report is the result of extensive research conducted in cooperation with European companies in the retail sector. The RETAIL Report offers clear information on the capabilities, 5 Key Performance Domains, attention areas and Motivation & Drivers of (future) employees in a retail setting.

CUBES COMPETENCIES

 
 

GENERAL (1 day)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT PERFORM Training.

Objective: Become an Expert in the Thalento® CUBES Competency Framework. Enhance your understanding and the use of our Competency Model. We will provide you with a detailed understanding in the competencies, how to build competency profiles and interpret the underlying indicators of the PERFORM Report in this model.

CERTIFIED ASSESSOR

 
 

GENERAL (2 days)

Required: Completed the INSIGHT & XPERT PERFORM Training.

Objective: Learn hands-on and in depth how to perform an assessment interview on the basis of the Thalento® ASSESS, Acquire the expertise on how interpret, assess and offer feedback while working with the different Thalento® ASSESS. The future Thalento® CERTIFIED ASSESSOR acquires insight how to function in various assessment settings.
