She has been writing Expert Reviews for several national and international clients since 2014 (such as Kinepolis, Vaco’s Kitchen, Tomra, PXL, Würth), analysing the PERFORM, MANAGE and SALES Report. Hilde is also responsible for training other HR Professionals in becoming Certified Assessors - Expert Review.
Graduated as a Clinical Psychologist, started at Thalento® after first gaining work experience in Selection and Recruitment. Karen Celen is responsible for all commercial activities in Belgium and has an important role in the R&D Team. She has multiple years of experience in the Thalento® Solutions, a real expert for optimal support of customers and new product development.
Graduated as an Industrial Psychologist from the KUL in 1997. She is currently working, for more than 20 years, as a Senior HR Consultant and has built up extensive Expertise as an Assessor, (Leadership) Trainer and Coach. Nathalie gained experience within various consultancy firms (CPM, BCT Coaching & Training, Acerta Consult, Ascento and Monitor) and has worked for small & large organisations (profit and non-profit). She has carried out Assessment and Coaching Assignments at all organisational levels (from clerk to CEO) in Dutch, French and English.
With a strong passion for advising others and a broad interest, Elisabeth chose to study political and social sciences. Thanks to a first experience in recruiting she discovered her passion for talent, guiding companies and employees in their search for the right match. With 15 years of experience in HR, during which she completed various training courses, Elisabeth is now a Senior assessor and Talent manager and coaches companies with great enthusiasm and expertise.
After graduating as Master of Applied Economics in Human resources management at the University of Antwerp in 2006, Monda Declercq started her career in recruitment and selection. She has been active for 10 years as Senior assessor & Talent advisor within the ASAP HR group. She gained expertise in assessment and development centres and gives advice on talent management for a wide range of functions; from operational employees to management and board positions. This for organisations in various sectors, ranging from SMEs to listed companies and non-profit organisations.
Graduated as an English-Russian translator at Lessius Hogeschool, department of KU Leuven in Antwerp. After 15 years of experience as a customer service coordinator at a multinational company, Ann moved into the world of HR from a strong interest in the social aspect of service provision. After several years of experience in recruitment, she started career coaching as a secondary occupation, guiding people towards greater job satisfaction and fulfilment through self-insight. Ann recently had the opportunity to join the Talent Management team via clearXperts and to learn more about the Thalento® assessment tools.

Agnieszka is an IO psychologist and holds an MA degree in business administration. She is a certified AC/DC assessor, coach and a trainer, with over 14 years of experience in HR. Agnieszka spcializes in competencies assessments and assesses candidates for the positions that require unique psychophysical predispositions. She is an expert in diagnosing competencies with the usage of psychometric tools. She performed projects for companies such as ArcelorMittal, Mercedes-Benz, Auchan, Uniqua, Polpharma, Chiesi Pharmaceutici, BNP Paribas and many others.

She has over 17 years of experience in counselling, professional and entrepreneurial predispositions assessments and employee development. She performed multiple competencies assessment projects for both SMEs and big corporations.
Mirosław holds a MA degree in Sociology from the University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland. His professional experience consists of 10 years of work as a consultant in international corporations and 10 years as a manager in a Polish consulting company. He specializes in preparing and conducting employee evaluation processes as well as management consulting projects in the area of HR. Mirosław participated in recruitment, assessments and consulting projects for premium car retailers, energetic industry and many others

She specializes in competencies assessments, which she carried out for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Tameh Poland, PERN SA and others. Romana, as a certified Thalento® Expert, train HR departments of various companies in usage of the e-assessments.
Bartosz holds a MA degree in psychology from the University of Silesia. He has 17 years of experience in HR consultancy with a focus on competencies assessments, recruitment and AC/DC projects. He specializes in acquiring specialists and managers for external clients and in business-oriented personality and qualifications assessments. He has worked with medium and big international companies from various industries.
With more than 18 years of dynamic and disruptive professional career, Sonia has been facing various issues of People- the core of every business. She has an in-depth knowledge within the HR field and its developments. In 2006 Sonia co-founded SLOT, a Portuguese HR consultancy. For 3 years she’s a Country Representative of Thalento® Portugal. Sonia holds a BA in management and a Master’s degree in social organization psychology.
Beatriz holds a bachelor in sociology, a master’s in Human Resources Management and takes great pleasure with and for People, helping them on the search and strengthening of their professional skills. in addition to helping them find their true potential in their professional journey. She has over 10 years of experience as a HR consultant in SLOT, a portuguese HR consultancy where she focuses predominantly on leading recruitment projects. She specializes in talent attraction and integration.

She has more than 14 years of experience in developing recruitment & selection processes and HR management consulting. She has an extensive record of projects with various businesses in multiple sectors including hospitality, technology, aviation, and services, in national and multinational companies.
Raquel obtained higher education in public relations in Instituto Superior da Maia, with complementary training in the commercial area and in consulting. Since 2002, she has performed various commercial functions in the HR area (R&S, temporary work, consultancy and assessments). She has worked for 12 years as a 360º consultant, managing commercial and recruitment processes from A to Z.
