Our Academy was founded in 2010. The focus was to train our Clients and Partners. In 2020 our vision to deliver the best possible training on the unique strengths of Thalento® lead to a Partnership with Talent Masters.

We are proud to have Talent Masters as our training partner. Talent Masters is founded by Hilde Lemmens, a founding member of Thalento®, and Nathalie De Regge, an experienced professional in training & development.

Today they deliver our Open Class, In-House Programs and Online Trainings for all our Assessment Solutions. Our aim is to make you, our Clients and Partners, proficient in the use of all Thalento® Assessments.

In addition to our offline and online training programs we have developed a series of e-Learnings available to our clients. Next to Training Programs, we organise User Group Meetings where Thalento® users can exchange findings, discuss views and engage with Thalento® Certified Assessors.

Our Academy also develops all training material.
